Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

1. Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that does not match your order, an unboxing video is required for verification.
2. Manufacturing Defect: For any manufacturing defects in the product, please provide a video of the defect.
3. Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during transit, an unboxing video must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.

Return Process:

A) Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at [email protected].
• Orders under categories like Cakes & Flowers (with same-day or fixed-time delivery) cannot be canceled after dispatch.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations will incur shipping charges as detailed below: Domestic Shipping (India):
• Rs. 75/- for 0–500 gm
• Rs. 150/- for 500–999 gm
• Rs. 250/- for 1 kg–2 kg
• Rs. 250 + Rs. 125 per additional kg (for weights above 2 kg) International Shipping:
• Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

B) Damaged or Broken Items:

If the product is broken or damaged in transit, submit an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery to [email protected]. We will resolve the issue promptly.

C) Incorrect Product Received:

If the product delivered differs from what you ordered:

• Submit an unboxing video and contact us immediately via email or chat support at [email protected].
• Return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Our support team will assist you with the return process.

Return Shipping Charges:

For returns unrelated to the reasons listed above, we will refund the product cost after deducting shipping charges as follows:

Domestic Shipping (India):

• Rs. 75/- for 0–500 gm
• Rs. 150/- for 500–999 gm
• Rs. 250/- for 1 kg–2 kg
• Rs. 250 + Rs. 125 per additional kg (for weights above 2 kg)

International Shipping:

• Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of initiation, depending on your bank’s processing time.
• Refunds are initiated only after:

1. Successful pickup of the returned item.
2. Verification of the item’s condition at our warehouse.
